About Me

I have more than 2 years of experience in managing and driving projects to meet company goals whilst balancing staffing and client goals. Adept in handling complex task under pressure and less supervision. Can easily learn new task and work very well with other people. Can optimize time in order to be more efficient while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

 

I have over 4 years experience as an administrative staff in a multinational company. I was previously employed as a customer service representative for an online travel agency and as a website administrator for a travel wiki. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Excel VBA. I have extensive knowledge in computers, HTML, CSS, MySQL, CPanel, FTP and SSH as well as knowledge in programming languages such as PHP and Javascript.

Responsible for the set up and maintenance of the website as well as up kept of the articles, templates and other features of the website. Added additional functionality as requested by the website owner. Personalized and customized the website to better reflect the nature of the contents and the business as a whole.

Senior Workforce Analyst - Teleperformance

August 2017 - Present

Responsible in leading the enterprise wide tactical and operation BCP and monitoring of local and client events, also maintains and develops executive reports and tracks WFM team hygiene processes. Publishing regular reports for client-market news, maintain POC list, track site-readiness by department, keep track of employee phone numbers in company tool and regularly update the SMS server. Develop a detailed escalation process and matrix by client and maintain data template.

Real Time Analyst - Teleperformance

March 2016 - August 2017

Responsible for real time monitoring, tracking, documenting and communicating agent activity on multiple lines of business. Monitors agents activity, implements schedules as provided by the client and by the scheduling team. Closely monitor agents off phone activities, auxes and ACW and make sure that agents adhere to their plotted schedules. Assists operations in providing real time reports in the running performance of the agents.
